Paul & the Blue Delivery is a blues band from the west coast of Sweden.
In 1998 Paul Alfredsson started the band with the aim of playing a pure Chicago Blues style. The band has toured in Scandinavia and played at some of the biggest festivals and clubs during the years. They have also backed artists like Big Jack Johnson, Little Jimmy Reed, Keith Dunn and Big Joe Louis.

Paul & the Blue Delivery has released two CD´s, the first one in 2002 called “Just in Time”, and the second one in 2006 with the title “Everybody´s in a Hurry”. The latter consisting of the band´s own material only.

The members of the band are:

• Paul Alfredsson on vocals and harmonica.

• Ari Hautala on guitar.

• Magnus Lanshammar on upright bass and fender bass. Before Magnus joined Paul & The Blue Delivery he used to be a member of The Instigators.

• Jim Ingvarsson on drums. Jim has played with several Swedish Blues bands like The Nightcats, Mönsterås Bluesband, The Instigators, Bluebirds and Sven Zetterberg. He has also backed international artists like Carey Bell, Rusty Zinn, Louisiana Red and Eddie Taylor Jr.

And, last but not least,
• Matti Olikainen occasionally joins in on the piano.
